Bronson Pai

Bronson Pai is Executive Vice President and Director of Development at Kobayashi Group, where he oversees all phases of project delivery -- from preconstruction through completion -- across the company's development portfolio. Known for his hands-on approach and technical expertise, he brings more than 25 years of experience in construction and development.
A graduate of 'Iolani School, Bronson holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Kobayashi Group, he held senior positions at Rider Levett Bucknall and Kiewit Building Group.
