Ruth Mills

Ruth Mills is Director of Marketing at Kobayashi Group, where she leads brand strategy, creative direction, and communications across the company's residential, mixed-use and hospitality portfolio. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, strategic messaging that reflects the company's values and vision.
A graduate of Crofton House School in Vancouver, BC, Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining Kobayashi Group, she held leadership roles at Halekulani Hotel and served as Regional Director for both Marriott Hotels & Resorts Hawai'i and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Hawai'i.
