Sharon Hanamoto is Senior Development Manager at Kobayashi Group, where she manages the planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. Her strengths in value engineering, project coordination, and budget management help ensure timely and successful project delivery.
A graduate of Punahou School, Sharon earned a Bachelor of Business Information Management and Marketing from the University of Auckland. Prior to joining Kobayashi Group, she held leadership roles at The Howard Hughes Corporation, including Senior Director of Pre-Construction and Construction Manager, and began her career with Group Pacific and Nordic PCL.
