Tricia Kamikawa

Tricia Kamikawa is Director of Finance at Kobayashi Group, where she oversees the financial operations of the firm's related entities. With more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and real estate, she brings a unique blend of institutional knowledge and entrepreneurial insight. Her background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for a private equity firm -- where she led investment strategy and operations -- as well as Chief Financial Officer for two major specialty contractors and, most recently, a large federal contractor. Tricia has also advised small business owners as a trusted consultant, offering finance and accounting expertise and support.
Born and raised in Hawai'i, Tricia is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a licensed real estate agent. She began her career as a tax manager at a Big Four Accounting firm and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. A graduate of Leilehua High School, she combines deep financial acumen with a lifelong passion for real estate and investment strategy.
