KG managed the entitlements process for a 32-story 244 unit condo hotel in Waikiki. Work included Environmental Assessment (EA) studies, such as community discussions, filing the EA with DPP and the Office of Environmental Quality Control, receipt of a FONSI, filing of a Final EA, and participation with the Department of Planning and Permitting’s (DPP) public hearing process. KG also met with the Waikiki Design Committee, presented the project to the City Council Zoning Committee and Full Council, and obtained approval from DPP for a Planned Development – Resort and Waikiki Special District Permit. The entitled property was sold to Hilton Grand Vacations in 2018.
