New, $180 Million Affordable Apartment Project Will Reshape Kapolei Parkway

A new 404-unit affordable housing apartment complex will be built on city-owned land on the makai side of Kapolei Parkway. As part of the project, two side streets will be extended across Kapolei Parkway. Construction is scheduled to begin in April of 2021, with the first residents getting their keys in August 2022.
