Hale Kālele Mixed-Use

A new 20-story mixed-use building of approximately 200,000 total gross square feet is located on a 63,180 square-foot Hawaiʻi State-leased site along Alder, Elm and Piʻikoi Streets in Honolulu. A separate 5-story parking garage is situated makai of the tower. The Judiciary component—known as the Hale Hilinaʻi Juvenile Services Center—occupies 32,300 gross square feet on the first two floors, with 56 parking stalls on the ground floor of the garage. The residential component comprises 200 affordable rental residences located on floors 2-20 plus amenities on the ground floor and 214 parking stalls on floors 2-5 of the parking structure. 

The project has been recognized with multiple honors, including the APA Hawaiʻi Best Practice Award and ASCE Hawaiʻi's Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Grand Award.
