Kuilei Place

Kuilei Place is a visionary mixed-use community bringing 1,005 thoughtfully designed homes to the heart of Honolulu. Developed by Kobayashi Group in partnership with BlackSand Capital, the project offers a dynamic collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums—including 603 affordable homes for households earning 80–140% of the Area Median Income and 402 market-rate residences.

Guided by a strong commitment to sustainability and well-being, Kuilei Place will feature Hawaiʻi's first residential greywater reuse system, projected to conserve over 11 million gallons of water annually. Other innovations include centralized solar hot water, EV-focused infrastructure, and a suite of wellness-oriented amenities: a pool and hot tub, sauna, dual fitness centers, dog parks, playgrounds, private dining suites and sweeping views of Diamond Head and the Koʻolau Mountains.
